Submission Process & Judging Criteria
Entry Form Completion
Participants must complete the official nomination form, providing:
• Name of the retail initiative, category, brand name, and team members involved
• A concise overview of the initiative or campaign
Supporting Materials Submission
☛ Upload all relevant materials (presentations, images, reports, etc.) to Google Drive
☛ Ensure files are publicly accessible, and paste the shareable link in the nomination form
☛ Optional: Include YouTube links for store walkthroughs, customer experience videos, or campaign footage
Required & Recommended Supporting Documents
Suggested for All Entries:
• Retail Initiative Summary or Concept Note (Max 500 words)
• Photographs of Retail Setup / Storefronts / Visual Merchandising / Digital Interfaces
• Timeline of Campaign or Initiative Rollout
• Problem Statement & Objective addressed by the initiative (e.g., footfall drop, in-store engagement, omnichannel sync)

Optional but Strongly Recommended:
• Sales Impact Data or KPIs (footfall, conversions, AOV, etc.)
• Customer Testimonials or Feedback Reports
• Awards, Media Coverage, or Third-Party Recognition
• Performance Dashboards / In-store Analytics / CRM Reports
• Screenshots of Apps or Omnichannel Integration (if applicable)
• Store Layout Maps, Visual Merchandising Plans, or Campaign Creatives
